Hands-on AI Workshop for Clinical Practitioners

Weaving AI into your clinical work with intention allows you to redefine your relationship to your work. Your capacity expands. Treatment planning sharpens. Customized client resources get built. Work that once called for a full team becomes possible with you alone.

This goes past efficiency. Your energy redistributes across your entire practice, you fall deeper in love with your work, and your clients benefit most of all.

Combining AI + HI Strengths

A New Frontier of Successful Clinical Practice

When one conversation with AI can produce multiple high-value assets in minutes, you start to develop a new sense of capacity.

In this workshop, you will learn where AI excels and what technical skills are essential to being able to take full advantage of the strengths and capabilities of AI.

By the end of the session, you will know what information is safe to put into an AI tool, how to structure a conversation so the output reflects your clinical thinking, and where the handoff point sits between AI's strengths and your own. Discernment is the skill underneath all three, and it is what lets you work at speed without losing your judgment.

Seven Clinical Priorities. A 3-Hour Deep Dive.

This workshop is 1/3 education, 1/3 hands-on exercises, and 1/3 discussion.

"The framework around the 'handoff point' between AI's strengths and human relational intelligence gave language to tensions I'd been carrying. I left feeling more resourced, more spacious, and more able to think critically about how AI can support sustainability in practice without compromising care."

— Saranyaa Sarvananthan, Saranyaa.S Psychotherapy and Consulting

About Your Facilitator

Vicky Snyder is an AI educator and trainer focused on helping professionals use AI to remove friction from their daily work, get into flow, and fall deeper in love with what they do.

She founded FLOWSTAIT, a Toronto-based AI education practice, and designs workshops for solo practitioners and full teams, teaching AI in the context of clinical work.

Her framework pairs AI's speed and pattern recognition with the clinical judgment, ethical discernment, and relational intelligence that only a practitioner brings. Her sessions run as a mix of ethics-based theory, hands-on exercises and open discussion, so practitioners leave having tested the methods on their own documents and cases.

She taught at the AI training institute CreatorPro from October 2024 to July 2025, working with hundreds of professionals on building and using custom GPTs, before starting her own AI education practice in August 2025.

Three Things To Take Into Every Dialogue With AI

Keep your judgment.

AI is making it too easy to accidentally hand over your judgement. The therapists who will stand apart are the ones who will use AI to sharpen their own judgment.

Embrace the customization.

Your AI ecosystem can be shaped around exactly what you need: to maximize your talents and underpin your weaknesses. The work lies in properly understanding what that is for you.

Refine, Reframe, Repurpose.

Use AI to refine your work, reframe your perspective when you are too close to the issue, and repurpose material so that can produce multiple assets from one input.

See what becomes possible when artificial intelligence and clinical judgement work as one.
